To support our success we are currently seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach to join the Enterprise Change team in our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office.

 

 

About the Role...

Sunsuper is transforming our operating model to ensure we are better positioned to maximise the value we deliver for our members, and how we engage with stakeholders and partners to achieve that value. As the Enterprise Agile Coach, you will play a key role in this journey driving organisation wide agile thinking by ensuring there is an enterprise approach to mindsets, changes to processes, tools, techniques and culture are embedded across the business.

 

This role is available as a permanent opportunity

 

 

About You...

To ensure success you will possess:

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience of Scrum Master/Agile practitioner on large and medium development initiatives, using a range of agile methods and practices, including SAFe, SCRUM, XP, and Lean.
  • A proven track record in a senior leadership role/s driving transformation.
  • Proven ability to coach Agile values, principles and practices across multiple domains and a broad stakeholder group.
  • Proven knowledge of the application of Agile at Scale and demonstrated ability to coach and lead the cultural and organisational change to make it work.
  • Demonstrated resilience in working in complex change environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in two or more Agile or Lean frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Safe.
  • Agile coaching certification.
  • Post Graduate degree.
