To support our success, an opportunity now exists for two Adviser Growth Specialists to join our Financial Advice team.

 

 

About the Role...

As the Adviser Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving external Financial Adviser engagement (EFA’s) through consistent and continuous phone-based business development activities. You will build long term rapport and trust with EFA’s with the aim of increasing product retention and sales to support the execution of Sunsuper’s Adviser Growth strategy.

 

You will also utilise your extensive product and services knowledge, along with your successful relationship building skills to generate new business opportunities and network at various industry events. 

 

These roles are available as permanent opportunities.

 

 

About You...

To ensure success you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a phone-based sales role and be able to follow a sales campaign strategy through from start to completion.
  • Current or working towards RG146 compliance in superannuation and life insurance.
  • Track record of generating and converting sales leads and exceeding set sales targets.
  • Demonstrated commitment to a ‘customer first’ approach and an ability to take ownership and serve customer requirements.
  • A consultative approach and the ability to communicate with business owners and senior stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for customer sales and service as well as the ability to inspire others to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Previous sales experience in a target driven environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills, inclusive of an ability to influence and negotiate outcomes.
  • Superannuation experience and knowledge of the associated legislation that operates within the superannuation environment.
  • Working knowledge of superannuation, insurance, investment, and other business to business/ consumer sales.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and third parties.
  • A high degree of proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Social Media.
  • Ability to assess a customer's needs and provide an appropriate solution.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
