To support our success we are currently seeking a Procurement Analyst to join the Finance & Enterprise Insights team in our Brisbane head office.

 

About the Role...

Reporting to the Manager, Procurement & Operations, you will be responsible for the facilitation, coordination, and knowledge management for the procurement activities of the Sunsuper group, including the provision of guidance and commercial advice to a wide range of stakeholders.

 

You will also support the Manager, Procurement, & Operations to ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements adhere to Sunsuper's procurement practices. You will provide administrative support to the procurement team to ensure all records are appropriately maintained and will be involved in the financial analysis and regular reporting of key vendor relationships to stakeholders.

 

This role is available as a permanent opportunity.

 

 

About You...

To ensure success you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Technology Management, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • A relevant background in commercial, legal, accounting, or professional services or compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build business relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to distill complex contract terms into accurate financial models or summaries.
  • Experience and understanding of the financial aspects of procurement and contract management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience drafting reports and presentations.
