To support our success we are currently seeking a Process Architect to join the Enterprise Change team in our Brisbane head office.



About the Role...

As the Process Architect, you will drive the development and maintenance of Sunsuper's BPM capability and promote a BPM Culture. You will be responsible for the management and alignment of the overall process hierarchy as well as the development and application of best practice BPM methodologies. You will utilise your leadership experience to support BPM capability with training, coaching, and consulting across the business.


Possessing a curious mind, you will develop a strong understanding of how the organisation ‘fits together’ and can identify dependencies and priorities, ensuring consistency and standardisation of BPM methodologies across Sunsuper.


With COVID-19 in mind, this role may include working from home and on-site in our Milton based Head Office.



About You...

To ensure success you will possess:

  • Minimum of 5 years of BPM experience using best practice BPM frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in tailoring and leading implementing of best practice BPM frameworks, tools, and techniques in organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain BPM skills and capabilities across all levels of the organisation (including the development of training content, and through coaching/mentoring).
  • Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining enterprise Process Architectures including establishing process Ownership and process objectives and metrics and alignment with appropriate Reference Frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience with modelling complex enterprise processes using appropriate visualisation techniques such as BPMN2.0, EPC, and Context Diagrams.
  • Demonstrated experience with process analysis including root cause analysis and identification of risks and controls.
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement (small and large) including identification of appropriate solution options, dependencies and delivery models, and prioritised recommendations.
  • Advanced communication and facilitation skills.
  • Advanced ability to build and maintain strong relationships and networks of engaged stakeholders across the organisation (including Senior Leaders/Executives).
