To support our success we are currently seeking a Senior Process Analyst to join the Enterprise Change team in our Brisbane head office.



About the Role...

Join our Business Process Management team and drive change to the organisation through quality analysis, design, and implementation of business processes.  As the Senior Process Analyst, you will be responsible for modelling and analysing processes and making recommendations for improvement to Process Owners.  You will also support the implementation of process change with detailed design and impact analysis.


With COVID-19 in mind, this role may include working from home and on-site in our Milton based Head Office.



About You...

To ensure success you will possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years of BPM experience using best practice BPM frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in tailoring and implementing best practice BPM frameworks, tools, and techniques in organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain BPM skills and capabilities across all levels of the organisation (including the development of training content, and through coaching/mentoring).
  • Demonstrated experience with modelling complex enterprise processes using BPMN2.0.
  • Demonstrated experience with identifying and managing risk and compliance through process analysis and design.
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement and re-engineering (small and large) including root cause analysis, identification of appropriate solution options, dependencies and delivery models, and monitoring) and prioritised recommendations.
  • Ability to analyse and question existing processes to ensure a full and correct understanding is gained.
  • Demonstrated understanding of lean-agile principles.
  • Demonstrated experience with process automation and digitisation.
  • Advanced communication and facilitation skills.
  • Advanced ability to build and maintain strong relationships and networks of engaged stakeholders across the organisation (including Senior Leaders/Executives).
  • Lean Six-Sigma or other Process Improvement certifications.
